Cooking Classes for Women’s Health

A three-part series of cooking and nutrition classes specific for women’s health.

Thursday evenings, May 18, June 8 & July 13, 2017 | 6 – 8 p.m.

Join us for a series of cooking classes that look at how to prepare food for various women’s health conditions. The classes will incorporate concepts of nutritional healing with whole foods, Western and Eastern integrated medicine, and naturopathic principles. All classes will be led by Dr. Madeleine Portuondo and will include lectures, recipes and handouts to take home, and a meal that will be cooked together and eaten as a class. Participants must wear closed toed shoes and pull back long hair.

Series Registration: $100 for all three classes; Individual Class Registration: $40 per class
